Russell's Wynberg terrible service

Terrible service from Russell's Wynberg, unprofessional and rude manager,if she the manager is this rude,I wonder what example she is setting for her staff. I bought a bed from them on Friday 20 May and told them I told them I needed it delivered today 21 May, I did a immediate payment on their account they provided and sent proof of payment by 13h15. After that they called me to say they will only deliver on Monday once the money has reflected on their side, so it means I use sleep on a concrete floor... The manager then phones me today , Saturday 21st and says I need to pay another R4500 cash for the same bed which they haven't delivered. When I told her I would complain ShE said "go ahead dear,I don't care"
