Russells worst shop ever

Worst place ever to buy on account, i have settled my account to gind out that my settlement amount is higher than what the statement said my closing balance is and now they call me and say that my account is in arrears for double the ampunt that my invoice closing balance is. Because they just keep putting rates on the amount, disgusted and will never recomend russels at all and will take this to more social media.
