RUSSELLS - WHAT HAPPENED?

The Russells branch in Graaff-Reinet is a disgrace to the brand. The shop is dirty, unkept and disorganized. The staff members are unprofessional - sitting/lying on brand new couches, eating while helping clients, not cleaning their shop. I have reported it to their head office via e-mail, but of course no response was received. What a pity! I remember when the shop was professionally run and it was a pleasure to visit it.
