Russells Vrede Sucks

A pity there is no minus rating.

Russells have gone so far back, they think they are in the future. I purchased a King Size XL bed from Russells Vrede. After asking the sales lady and Branch Manageress, Andile Nxumalo, to confirm that it was XL, they stated that it is and we will have delivery the afternoon.

When the bed was delivered it was Standard Length. I didn't offload the bed. Sent it right back and went back to the store.

When I questioned and asked for XL, they said they don't keep them in stock, and this was said by the same manageress that assured me the bed was XL.

Asked for a refund and this became a major issue. Then settled for an XL bed from Newcastle branch that was to be delivered Monday. Monday came and went and then we were told, Newcastle only deliver to Vrede on Wednesdays.

I phoned Wednesday afternoon, only to be told it will happen Thursday. I am now g@tv0l of Russells and will never ever do business with them again.

I will spread the word far and wide on how bad their service was.

The manageress has no idea what customer service is.

To Russells in Vrede - You might as well close up shop. You are just enraging customers and causing yourselves more harm than good.
