Russells is worse than pathetic. They sell cheap furniture at high prices. The goods fall apart and when you ask for a refund they let you run around to give them identity copies and affidavits and banking details. They make you run around so that you can buy something else from them. They even find fault with the documents they request from you. Please stay away from them you will be highly enraged by their dealings. They operate like a vigilanty store try to rob people in daylight. This is why at one stage they closed down.
