Russells Verulam - A circus well run

I purchased a bed from Russells in Verulam on the 14th of September 2020 for my mum, who is suffering from stroke. The bed turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Its been almost 3 and a half months the bed springs are already poking out the bed and causing my mum even more discomfort. I have reported this to Russells on the 9th of Jan. Till date there is no answer from anyone regarding this. absolutely disgusted at this poor service.
