Russells the worst furiture store ever

I have never received such a poor customer service from anyone Russells is the worst. I ordered Plasma TV stand from the online, so it was delivered this morning and the dilivery guys left it in its box I had to open it myself only to find out that the drawer is faulty.I have been trying to call the with no answer so I did their online chart Spoke with Leonard He/She just told me to call the number and did not care about the fact that I am telling him that no one is answering the number. I would not advise anyone to do an online order from russells they are very bad and inconsiderate
