Russells the worst ever furniture company!!

There is a company called Russels which I will be telling everyone who cares to listen about their cruelty! Bad service! Just bad. Those who choose not to listen must just fast 30 days or speak to ancestors before making purchase there on credit! The last two years have been a nightmare to me. Their amounts always increase and I paid over the installment. Now, recently,prior to my last payment, I owed only R400, somehow the amount moved to R600! Which I just paid anyway. I asked for the account to be closed and to be given a paid up letter. Guys apparently ,I should have paid R761 !! From R400!! And the amount just came out of nowhere .I asked pleaded before to close my account before their magic amounts appear. Now it is said i owe R161. The parasites in retail form. I may be black, but I am not a push over. Im not gonna be bul**** by Russels. A TV that costed R7000 made me pay close to R17K now!! NOMORE!!
