Russells the False Promiser

<p>I laybeyed sofas at Russells Brakpan,but later decided not to. I app**** for a refund in April 2016. They told me they only gonna deduct 1℅ of my deposit money. I didn't have a problem with that as they told me it will take only 1 month to receive my money. I have been going there almost every week. They told me they are gonna sort it out. They are now saying my money was deposited in my banking account. I then showed them my bank statement. Even today I haven't received a cent of my money</p>
