Russells store brixton service very bad

Experience very bad, I bought a washing machine at Russells Brixton Johannesburg in 23 November 2021,i started using the machine 2022, in 2023 it started giving me problems of not drying the clothes and I went to the store to reported the matter and warranty was stil valid, someone came to fix it and 2weeks it's gives the same problem and the same person came and told me he wil come again as he need to order the new parts as the person saw the warranty is a month to expire he never came back or any feedback from the store, meaning the fixer was buying time for the warranty to expire and what surprises me I thought the machine was new when I bought it and it looks like it was not new it was having factory faulty and didn't tel the customer about it because they want it to be sold, and again defy machine is a very strong products but the one was given to me was not new and customers service at tht store is very poor
