Russells soshanguve South View complex

I have bought TV and some few things 6 months ago.. I bought on credit and my TV licence is in arrears so I was told I can not get a TV unless I pay a minimum of R265.. I did not have it at that time so they said I can pay the next before delivery. The next day they called and said I can not pay at Russell's account because it won't be allocated. I sent the money to one of the colleague that Tebogo said she is the one dealing with TV licences. Since I sent the money no payment were made to TV licence or receipt produced untill today. I tried to communicate but their excuses are not valid... I was ****med because my TV licence is not paid
