RUSSELL'S - SIMPLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Simply my worst furniture shopping experience ever!!! I went in store to view a lounge suite - Purchased the infinity 3-piece set online. I had my set for not even 2 weeks!! The one seat started sagging, two other seats made lumps. After more than 2 months and 40 emails back n forth they collected the set!!! I waited 2 weeks for a new set. Guess what?? AGAIN a issue with the 3-seater! I am very disappointed and extremely upset. Their staff and customer service is ridiculous!! Nobody calls - no managers to assist. Ill never but never buy from them again!!! All they give you is a useless apology. Nothing that actually makes you understand or feel you are treated as a valuable client. Disgrace!!
