Russell’s service is pathetic

I bought 2 bedroom suites at Russels on Wednesday 27 November 2019. Got a call from ‭+27 (21) ***‬, which the department that confirms delivery. They miss called me 4 times on one minute, failed to phone the secondary number. Not they are moving my delivery out to 10th December.

The service really sucks, not only on the delivery notice, but the call centre agent dropped the call on my ear (Palesa), after I asked her for her surname and to speak to her manager. Apparently management has no time to customer service.
