Russell's ****

Made a laybuy for a bed in July and have been making payments for ut each month but on the 15th I received a statement from Russell's stating is only paid R300 when I'd paid R1300. Sent an email to the lady Boniswa Fuzile who had called to rectify a "misunderstanding" and provide the correct details different from the one a Mr Phelix Mabuza had sent. The email was ignored by both Boniswa and Phelix. I'm starting to feel like I am being ****med by Russell's employees and I am starting to doubt the integrity of the entire company.
