Russells refuse to give my refund

After submitting all documents, I have not received my refund.They said it will take 10 days to receive my refund. I have contacted Russells Silverton numerous times but they are blatantly ignoring my calls and emails. I contacted JDG Group customer complaints and also receive no sort of intervention from them.
