Russells Randburg Worst services

My experience is with Russells Randburg, they have the worst service. We have a credit in that shop of a Hisense tv and It stopped working now Hisense did their partr to credit us with a new one and they say we should collect from the store now the manager there is withholding the unit always telling us stories that please check us after 2 weeks yet their worker even said the tv is by their warehouse it needs her authorization for it to be released now we dont know what her stories are for. It surely is the worst if you ask me. I deeply regret taking the credit using Russells Randburg because the back and forth are too much from 30/12/23 till now no tv because of these back n forth
