Russells - Pathetic service yet again

I purchased a bed from Russells in Verulam on the 14th of September 2020 for my mum, who is suffering from stroke. The bed turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Its been almost 3 and a half months the bed springs where already poking out the bed and causing my mum even more discomfort. I have reported this to Russells on the 9th of Jan. In March this year they exchanged the mattress, since then the mattress that they brought was no better, Being a Sleepmaster bed and from the advice of the store manager of that being the best bed for my mum, was all just nonsense, upon numerous complains I have reported this incident again on the 22nd of Sept and Till date there is no answer from anyone regarding this. absolutely disgusted at this poor service.
