Russells (pathetic service ever) JD GROUP

I am disgusted with the service I am getting from Russell's.... I bought a bedroom suite combo from them which broke into pieces in less than a year, luckily because it was under warranty I called several times without being assisted for them to repair or replace the furniture,finally after 4 months of waiting they sent people to collect it on the 22 October 2020.To date after collection I haven't heard anything from anyone, no phone call on update, no communication whatsoever. To make matters worse you the call center can never put you through to the manager or complaints department.. I sent an email to the manager and guess what no response... This is such an awful experience and would never recommend anyone to buy from this franchise... If possible I would like my money refunded back because wow this is so pathetic..
