Russells Pathetic Service

I ordered a sleeper couch from Russells online about a month and a half back. Upon delivery I noted that this was not a sleeper couch and the very same day phoned to ask for the item to be collected and my money refunded.

It has now been a month and a half and several calls later and the item has still not been collected nor has my money been refunded. Each time I call the customer care line I am told my compliant is being escalated but nobody gets back to me. This is extremely poor service.
