Russells - Parow (Voortrekker Road)

The service was great when the sale was made, I purchased a TV unit from Russells a couple of weeks ago. When it was delivered the item had significant damage, I recorded a video while unwrapping the TV unit and took numerous pictures which was requested from both the Russell's Parow (Voortrekker Road) store as well as Russells customer service after I requested a refund and for the TV unit to be collected. The store claimed the item came from their warehouse, therefore they could not collect it. They then requested the relevant paperwork which was given to them within days of them requesting it, after two weeks of waiting at home from 8 till 5pm, Mon - Fri since they don't collect on weekends, to say I'm frustrated is an understatement. This experience has been ridiculously long and unnecessary, with NO COMMUNICATION from the store, warehouse or whoever is responsible for collecting the TV unit. I have called the store numerous times and each time I was assured that the item would be collected even going as far as them giving me a date for collection, but with no definite time, the date has passed and I still find myself sitting at home waiting on a collection from a company that obviously doesn't care about their customer service. I'm so disappointed, Russell's has officially lost a customer and they won't be getting any referrals from me, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
