Russells Parow- Cape Town

Good day All. Please do not go to Russells, Parow Cape Town. Last year I bought a few furniture Items, NOTE not just 1 but a few which includes couches, headboards new bed set. Problem is my daughters 3/4 bed is now faulty, the 1 leg of the bed is broken, bed set is hanging to 1 side where the leg is broken because there is no support and the mattress springs is poking her. 1st encounter with the store, i went there personally and 1 of the sales people on the floor just offered me a new leg for the bed. I told him it wont help as the base of the bed is haning due to the faulty leg and the base is damaged now. He just told me to take the new leg and come bacj if its still faulty. Doesnt he know petrol is expensive????? Then i made contact with the sales lady that assisted me, Carol and she told me that she will log a call. Its been 2 weeks since my complaint and i never received any call backs. Ive been messaging Carol to ask her manager to make contact with me but she blue ticks me on whatsapp. All of this after i spent well over R10 000 at that store. This is the service that they are providing to the customers. Im disgusted by this and if this is the service that is provided by such stores then dont support these types of stores.
