Russells Orkney 08/08/2017

<p>So i went to Russells and purchased a wardrobe which of was damaged, i got a discount. The delivery guy brought it home and it was beyond damaged i asked why did he bring it? He was told by the sales lady to take it and i will log a complaint the next day. I went showed them the pictures and they said it was perfect when they took it. The sales lady told me that she showed the Manager that it was off balance so it was not fine that time. She told me i should get my own transport and bring it back the way it was. Now I'm told i won't get my refund because of the condition. Regional Manager comes and still refuse to take it. I'm beyond furious. </p>
