Russells Online Store Unprofessional Experience

I bought a Queen bed online on the 17th of August 2020, the shipment method was 3 - 10 working days, during the aforementioned shipment period there was no form of communication from Russells, I had to call them three times just to get some sort of feedback regarding my order. I ended up cancelling my order and now I can't login to my profile and I haven't received my refund.
