Russells Online Pathetic Poor Service

I ordered and pid for a couch on 19 Aug....was promised delivery within 3-10 days, after more than a week I inquired and Puleng Tsikoe then promised to source from their warehouse in Cape Town, another week went by without any feedback, then she promised last week I would get it by this week.

I have now requested my refund as I can't wait another month and a half for a couch that was advertised and then afterwards I was told it is out of stock........ She now says it will take 10 days to refund me, I refuse to accept this and I demanded an immediate eft, because when I ordered that's what I had to do.....No response from her nor her manager Lindie and I am awaiting confirmation that my money has been refunded into my account.....
