Russells online is a ****!

I January I bought a laptop online from Russels worst mistake ever!. Within a month I realized it was defective I contacted them on way forward as this was online they gave me run around until I was told to drop it off at a nearby branch, I still don’t have that laptop or a refund, I feel ****med.
