Russells Olievenhoutbosch

Sent my mom to buy a walldrobe on the 21st of December at Olievenhoutbosch and today is the 30th and i still haven't received it , i even paid the delivery fee. They don't even bother to call to inform us what's the delay ,instead i had to call and find out and the lady i spoke to on Saturday said they will deliver the exact day but to this day they still quiet. This has to be the worst customer service ever, i even feel like i am being ****med because what kind of customer service is this one ? at this point i don't want the furniture anymore i want my money back will go buy elsewhere.
