RUSSELLS NOT PAYING BACK YOUR MONEY

Have anyone received their money back form Russells after you cancelled a laybye- somehow this store thinks they can play around and ignore you if you requested your refund. everytime when you follow up, they give the same message, saying they are working on it- how can your refund policy say it takes 3-7 working days but then they drag it out for more than 7 days?
