RUSSELLS METZ MAHLAKUNG MALL SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE FRIDGE

Russels Metz Mahlakung sold me a defective fridge. The fridge is operating like a full freezer both on the deep-freezer side and refrigerator side. I am so tired of going to the store and writing emails complaining to them. They don’t attend to my complains, I reported the fridge the day after buying it and they **** to me and told me that it’s normal for a new fridge to produce ice on the refrigerator section and it will go away. The issue has only gotten worse, I kept going in store to complain and they kept making false promises, until I started writing emails that’s when they logged a repair only for the technician to come after weeks.

Honestly at this point I’m convinced they’re delaying everything so the warranty can elapse. I’d give them a 0 rating for lack of proper customer service, unreliability and just for the fact that they sold me a defective fridge knowingly!
