Russells Letsitele

I bought a few items on credit at Russels in Letsitele including a Tablet. The tablet had a problem with the charging block so I returned it. It has been 4 months since I returned it and was promised that they ordered new stock and that they will let me know when it has arrived. They have not phoned me since to let me know of any progress. I phoned today and asked for feedback , then the manager stated that they have not received any new stock and that I am not the only customer who brought back the same make tablet. He told me that I must not force him to change his statement and to stop fighting. But I am paying for an item that I do not have. I am waiting for the manager to phone me back with a complaints reference number so that I can take it up with head office. I am not impressed at all!!
