Hello Peter it's only you who can help Me my name is matseleng I buyed fridge at Russell's in welkom I signed up for debit order on 31 of every month but their deduct my money on 28 November 2025 they also deduct money on 13th of December meaning every fortnight I didn't sign up for that I didn't buy any food because they take my money I went to the shop Russells in welkom on Monday they said I can send them statement I did send them with copy of id I'm disappointed because I need that money I'm very disappointed because I didn't get my refund till today
