Russells is the worst store ever.

I bought a bed online and paid for it on the 21 June 2020, Was promised to be delivered on 3 July 2020. still no delivery to date . Leonard the online guy that i chatted to has no manners or concern . he just gives me the runaround. Their customer service is hopeless and the employees are totally ***********. Can some one help to sort this issue out .
