Russell's is a *******

I purchased a coffee table and a TV stand on the Russell's online channel on the 26 September 2022, the delivery time was supposed to be 2-5 working days. On the 29 September 2022 I decided to track the order and to my surprise it said that my order was delivered on the 28 September 2022. I called their customer care on the number that they gave me and they told me they will escalate the matter to the right department. On Monday the 3 October 2022 I call to check when they will resolve the issue and I was told they will sort it out in 24 hours. I received a call from some lady she told me not to worry they will fix the matter. Till today they are not making any means to contact me. I called this morning they are telling me the same story that they will escalate the matter. So I believe this means my money is gone and I am not getting my order. So if there is anyone looking to buy anything from the Russell's online channel I would advise you not to do that. They are a total *******.
