Russell's is a ****

I am fuming with anger because of the horrible service I am getting at Russell's. My furniture was sI am fuming with anger because of the horrible service I am getting at Russell's. My furniture was supposed to have been delivered yesterday , I got a call at 21:30 from a delivery guy his name is Luxolo. He told me they left the East London warehouse late but are on their way. I had my sister in law direct him to our village. We waited until midnight for them ,they switched off their phone and no furniture was delivered. I called Luxolo multiple times in the morning and he kept dropping my call. I then called the upposed to have been delivered yesterday , I got a call at 21:30 from a delivery guy his name is Luxolo. I then called the JD EL warehouse to find out what the way forward will be. They said they would transfer me to the department that will help and then dropped the call. I called again twice, they heard it was me then dropped the calls. After that they stopped taking my calls, I called for a total of 20 times and different hours. This is the worst service and also where Luxolo with my furniture? Did he ***** it? If not ,why is he not taking my calls? Is Russell's ****ming me of my furniture? Because if that is not the case,why is no one taking accountability of this nonsense. Russell's is a ****. Am so disappointed.
