Russells in Tsomo needs a manager who has managerial s****s

I bought a fridge at Russells in Tsomo and it never came. When I went to enquiry about when it will come, after 5 days of waiting, the so called manager told me that it is not her fault that I was sold stuff that was not in the store. This was very unprofessional and I do not understand how such a person can be a manager. After reporting this on their website, a gentleman from Russells called me and told me that he will make sure that we receive the fridge that day, which was the 6th day of waiting. /he told us to go to the shop after 2 hours. when we got to the shop we were met by a man and a lady who told us that they man had no right to make such promise as he is not there. Their attitude and tone was even worse by now. I then asked them to refund us the money and they said we must bring a 3 months bank statement, we did this on the 27th December 2018. On the 28th we were called to bring the ID copy, which we did. As I type now on the 7th January 2019 we still have not received the money or nor correspondence from them. I had to use another money that I had for another responsibility to buy a fridge and now this is inconveniencing me a lot.
