RUSSELLS HAS BAD SSERVICES

I bought a fridge almost a year ago, recently that fridge just stopped working, I have reported the issue made several calls to no avail, The manager at the Nelspruit branch is giving me the run around, that fridge has a 5 years warranty, and it's there responsibility to fix it, so in that case I want them to give me back my money to purchase a new one, I've been communicating with them the past few weeks , one person tells you this the other says a different thing, I will take back that fridge they better have my money ready.
