RUSSELLS HARTSWATER,NORTHERN CAPE. BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

I bought a Fridge,Hisense 263 LT at Russells Hartswater with a great sales speech from Ousi Sheila but got disappointed when the Fridge was delivered I realised the rubber seal on the doors is problematic,the bottom door isnt closing. I called her and told her...her response was send me pictures,videos and the serial no. Of the fridge to confirm your story I did and she said "we have to log a call" the following day when i called for feedback she siad, once you bought the fridge it's yours,not the shop's anymore. If you have a problem with what you bought,you keep the product until the russells people come to you to check what the is problem...meanwhile USE IT!

When I tried to ask more questions,she dropped the call and it's the 2nd time she does that.
