Russells giving poor service delivery!

Will never layby or purchase anything again from Russells. Paid my layby in full on Friday 17 January 2025. Russells policy is that they should deliver your online ordered items within 2 - 5 days.

I received a sms on Monday 20 January 2025 that delivery will take place on 23 January 2025 and shortly after another sms to say 22 January 2025. Which was great news.

The 22nd came and past, 23rd came and past and still no delivery or even a phone call from the courier company.

Phoned Russells and a complaint was lodged only to receive a message to say that delivery will take place on 28 January 2025.....

I am really unhappy with this service i received and will not recommend Russells to anyone.
