Russells Furniture Store in Verulam Pathetic

<p>The driver from Russells delivered a wardrobes at home and they left them outside. My mother complained about another unit which wasn't in good standard and they are replacing it. The driver just left them outside and when he was very rude. I complained to the store manager who phoned the driver but I didn't get the answer. My niece went into the store and told them about this incident and was told that the staff has gone home. Is this how customers are treated at Russells ?</p>
