Russells furniture selling damaged goods and refusing exchange or refund

I bought a wardrobe at Russells furniture @Witbank KG Mall. I had to wait for it to get delivered from the warehouse, it took very long that I even went there to ask for my refund. They always promised to get it delivered the next day... It was then delivered and I found it in bad condition, it was damaged and broken, the handles were loose the I called the store and informed them immediately. I went to the shop the next day, shown the manager some pictures that I captured as proof of what I reported in the call, they never assisted me,they were always running away or hiding or point at one another when ever I ask them to help me because at that point I couldn't use the wardrobe for 2 months waiting for them to come and fix or exchange it, I used to go to the shop every week. Wrote them on Facebook, no assistance, even sent emails.. I wasted my money, they don't care about customers they are only interested in money
