Russells Furniture Failed to Deliver

I ordered an office furniture online, it's been three weeks and there isn't any progress. I called one of the representatives who was assigned to me. She doesn't answer any of my calls and emails. I called the head office and I was told that I would be contacted in 24 hours, that didn't happen. I called again and a consultant gave me an attitude when I asked for a refund. Each time I tried to call he would pick up and drop my calls after hearing my name. I will NEVER purchase anything from Russells again.
