Russell's furniture customer service is pathetic

My mother bought a fridge in the first week of November 2020 and it was delivered a month later bear in mind that it was bought cash and the delivery charged was paid. After the arrival of the fridge it only worked for a month and it stopped making things cool and my mom reported that it was no longer working to the store manager in Tsomo where she had bought it from but 3 months later she is still without help and without a fridge or refund. It's really disgusting how you treat your clients. My mom is chronic and her medication is supposed to be kept in the fridge but she doesn't have one, you guy's are ******** people.
