Russell's Furniture bad service

I bought a TV at Russella a while back. The TV just went and I took it back. They took it in for repairs and called me to say the screen has cracks. I then went to collect it to check where the cracks are. Was assisted by 2 ladies that work in the store. When we checked the screen there were no cracks. Our TV is mounted and there is no way there could be cracks on it. 😡
