Russells failing a customer

I have gone to the Russells Randburg branch on numerous occasions since January to log this and doesn't seem as my query is taken seriously. I've been sending pictures as requested and every time I'm told the pictures are not clear.The query here is that I purchased a bedroom suite on lay buy, finalised payment in December 2022 and the goods were delivered on in the same month. However didn't notice on delivery that some of the pieces are Matt and some crystal/shinny (side table, headboard, blanket box) and just to note even the one in the showroom at the store has exactly the same defect. Today I received feedback from the manufacturer called " Imperial furniture" who claims I used a Polish that changed the colour, how is that even possible when the stuff is still covered and I haven't used it. Russells please deal with your manufacturer because I'm your customer I will not accept that I must take liability, you guys must take the liability as the manufacturer is yours and you're the intimediary between me and them. Imagine it's July now and I started communication with you in January. You need to do better
