Russells excels in Bad service

I’m beyond frustrated with the service i got from Russells Silverton. i bought a couch 29 March, i have logged a complaint with regards to not receiving my furniture, a month later i was asked to go choose something which was already there in the store when i bought my couch and the reason i didn’t choose it in the first place is because i didn’t like it. i then asked for my money back, guess what I’m still waiting for my refund. The store never updates me with anything and I need to be the one who calls them for updates. I’m really fed up with their service and will never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Almost 2 months without a couch and they still holding back my money!!!!!!!!
