Russells excellent service with online purchase

I would just like to commend Russells on the excellent service I received for my online purchase of a new bed. Immediately after making the online purchase I received confirmation that I should expect delivery on the 11th June. Delivery arrived on time and on the scheduled day. I was kept up to date throughout the time I waited for delivery. The delivery guys were professional and friendly. All-in-all a very positive experience.
