Russells don't care about the customer

I bought a bed at russells store at phumullani on March 01 but since then I never received my bed always when the deliver a bed it's third time the send me a wrong bed instead of sending me restonic bazaruto 152cm base set the send me edblo the don't care about customer what the need it's only money after you pay the don't care about you anymore I regret why I ever choose to buy a bed at russells store very poor service when I call head office the told me the don't what to do anymore I told the manager that it's better if you refund me because it's seems like am not welcome to at russells store as a customer and she said it's will be possible am so painful inside my hear am stuck without any help but I pay 6.994.00 so it's how russells coparate taking peoples money and after no delivery for what you pay please help me am so hurts very hurts
