Russells = Daylight ******s - STAY AWAY

Bought a kitchen scheme from Russells Alberton CASH for +/- R 4500 !! The first set delivered was very badly damaged, second set as well. I have escalated numerous times to no avail. I have been pushed from pillar to post, it was placed in my hand to have to phone the warehouse to try and sort out this mess. How is this acceptable to be placed on a customers shoulders!!! I purchased the scheme two months back and I have been fighting ever since for my moneys worth, I have reached the point where Russells must collect their goods and refund my money in full!! I have had enough pain and suffering this is totally unacceptable.!!!
