Russell's customer service is the worst especially from Manager Maria

I'm stucked with a top loader washing machine. That was fixed 3 times with no success, Russell's manager doesn't care at all I have requested for assistance since the 17th with no luck She doesn't even update on what is happening. Her service a manager is at zero level

The only thing they push are sales but customer service not at heart. Due to my experience I would recommend even my worst enemy to use or but at Russell's Birch mall.
