Russells customer service is a complete joke. Wouldn't recommend.

I would not recommend the delivery service Russells offers. I ordered a bed set and paid for delivery and handling. The order was confirmed and I received my invoice via email. Their online consultants confirmed that my order was indeed in their warehouse - awaiting delivery. I checked in with them at least 3 times! I then received an email from their fulfillment clerk stating that they did not have stock of my items - until end of Jan 2022 - I had already been waiting for 9 days at this point. Needless to say I demanded a refund - two days later they had still not rep**** to me to confirm whether I will be refunded.

The customer service offered was a complete joke. Don't fall into the same trap.
