russells courier poor service

i bought washing machine from Russells(online order), i was expecting my delivery on the 1st of April 2025, am still waiting for the delivery even after now. on the day of delivery i received a call from the courier telling me that the driver can't locate my address, i do not understand the driver who do not use gp to locate the address, am doing a follow up every day since the 1st of April they keep on telling me that they logged a query with the courier i will receive a call in less 24 hours, am tired of calling them.
